My tailored hands-on therapy, 1 to 1 private coaching sessions, workshops or my group classes, all have the same goal – to help you feel better physically, mentally and emotionally, empowering you to live your life fully. With over 25 years of experience as a bodywork therapist and yoga teacher, my integrated approach includes utilising the Roll Model Method ® & Yoga Tune Up ® strategies Hatha yoga, mindfulness, meditation and massage, full movement method, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascia release to get you back on track.
